Turn Your Experience Into a Nationally Recognised Qualification

Fast-track your Certificate III in Individual Support through Recognition of Prior Learning — no classroom required.

If you've been working as a support worker, carer, or in a similar role, you may already have the skills needed for a Certificate III in Individual Support — without sitting through months of training.
Our RPL process assesses your real-world experience against the national training package requirements. We work with you to gather evidence, map it to the required units of competency, and fast-track your certification.

Evidence You May Need

RPL assessment is conducted by an RTO. The following types of evidence are commonly discussed during RPL support consultations.

Evidence may include payslips, job descriptions, references from supervisors, rosters, care plans you've contributed to, photos of tasks performed, and any prior training certificates.

How RPL Access Australia Can Help

Our assessors guide you through each step — from your free skills check to final certification — with one-on-one support throughout.
Important notice: Outcomes depend on individual evidence and are subject to formal assessment. RPL does not guarantee automatic certification.
