Instead of completing a multi-year apprenticeship, RPL lets a partner Registered Training Organisation (RTO) assess your existing evidence against those units.

Evidence You May Need
RPL assessment is conducted by an RTO. The following types of evidence are commonly discussed during RPL support consultations.

- Photo ID (for the RTO's 100-point identity check)
- An up-to-date resume or CV covering your relevant roles
- Reference letters from employers, licensed plumbers, or clients verifying your plumbing work
- Payslips, contracts, or ABN and invoicing records confirming your trade work
