Evidence You May Need
RPL assessment is conducted by an RTO. The following types of evidence are commonly discussed during RPL support consultations.
Every RPL application runs on evidence, not classroom hours. For a Quality Auditing RPL application, you'll typically want to gather:
- Photo ID (for the RTO's 100-point identity check)
- An up-to-date resume or CV covering your relevant roles
- Position descriptions or duty statements confirming your auditing duties
- Employment contracts, payslips, or rosters confirming your role and timeframe
- Reference letters from employers or clients verifying your auditing and compliance work
- Audit reports, audit schedules, or audit plans you've prepared (with confidential details removed)
- Corrective action reports or non-conformance records you've managed
- Evidence of relevant standards or frameworks you've audited against (e.g. ISO standards, industry-specific compliance requirements)
- Your Unique Student Identifier (USI), or the details to create one via the USI portal
