Every RPL application runs on evidence, not classroom hours. For a community services RPL application, you'll typically want to gather:
- Photo ID (for the RTO's 100-point identity check)
- An up-to-date resume or CV covering your relevant roles
- Position descriptions or duty statements from current and past employers
- Employment contracts, payslips, or rosters confirming your role and timeframe
- Reference letters from supervisors verifying the duties you performed
- De-identified case notes, care plans, or program documentation (with all client details removed)
- Records of supervision, team meetings, or training you've delivered to others
- Any prior certificates, transcripts, or statements of attainment
- Your Unique Student Identifier (USI), or the details to create one via the USI portal
